Handy Man Todd is a guy who fixes everything. He appeared in the episode "WordGirl Makes a Mistake". He was also seen with a mustache in "Chuck and Brent Ride Again".
He had non-speaking cameos in "Where Have All the Villains Gone?", "The Rise of Miss Power," and "Royally Framed"
Note: The character in "Chuck and Brent Ride Again" may actually be a different person, despite the many similarities in appearance. In that episode, WordGirl referred to him as "Handy Man Tom", and in addition to having a mustache, he did not wear glasses, and had a much deeper voice.
