The City Arcade Manager (or just arcade manager) is the manager of City Arcade. One of his appearances (and possibly the first) was in "The Case of the Copied Mrs. Botsford", where he appeared in a picture on the news at the beginning. Later in the episode, Lady Redundant Woman consumes a picture and makes a copy of him to fight WordGirl.
